Gardy has been invited to offer keynote addresses, headline workshops, and serve as a panel facilitator or discussant at conferences, colleges, and universities in the United States, the United Kingdom, Dominican Republic, and Cuba. Topics have ranged from diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace, cross-cultural allyship, and inclusive mentorship.
Coaching
As an institutional thought partner for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, Gardy has supported, developed, implemented, overseen, and transformed the work in social justice leadership and engagement at several organizations. He has served as an executive coach and offered inclusivity coaching to team members.
Training
As a social justice educator steeped in interdisciplinarity, intersectionality, and dialogic practice, Gardy works at the intersections and offers engaging capacity-building and learning development modules. These are always informed by the notions that the personal is political, social identities are multiple, and power must be interrogated.
Assessment
Gardy has designed and implemented comprehensive, strategic assessment of programs at multiple organizations. He has experience implementing intitution-wide climate surveys and facilitating focus groups for different constituents.
