As a senior leader who has implemented, overseen, and transformed coaching programs at two separate higher education institutions, I leverage my expertise in this space to serve as thought partner and coach to managers and senior leaders who wish to transform their institutional cultures toward inclusion, justice, and belonging. My combined expertise in mentorship and DEI is used to help leaders and team members to:

  • Identify diversity, equity, and inclusion challenges in an organization and within an organization’s leadership team.

  • Gain knowledge and understanding of how inequitable processes are limiting innovation and mine for possible opportunities.

  • Get clarity on the skills needed to solve identified challenges and implement relevant and individualized solutions.

  • Develop the skills needed to review, interrupt, and change inequitable policies, programs, and practices.

  • Practice repeated implementation of skills ranging from analysis and communication to assessment and providing feedback to sustain inclusivity.
