An accomplished leader, speaker, facilitator, and trainer in social equity and inclusion with over 20 years of experience working with colleges and universities, secondary schools, community organizations, nonprofit organizations, and industry. Trained in Council facilitation, Intergroup Dialogue facilitation, and social equity and inclusion training. Experienced executive, manager, and mentor skilled at leveraging the differential skills of team members. Demonstrated experience working with and supporting diverse constituents across organizations.
Professionally, Gardy is fortunate to spend his time designing and facilitating spaces that empower, support, and enrich the personal and professional experiences of all members of organizations and communities. He is also the Founder of GJG Training and Consulting, a firm focused on dialogic inclusion work at the intersections.
