A social justice trainer and consultant with extensive experience as a senior leader, manager, and mentor. Gardy has worked for over two decades in coaching, mentorship, professional development, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). He is a trained intergroup dialogue facilitator who has worked with colleges and universities, community organizations, corporations, nonprofit organizations, and secondary schools.
Gardy is the Founder and Principal of GJG Training and Consulting, a firm with the mission of developing opportunities and spaces to support and enrich the personal and professional experiences of all members of the organizations it engages.
